Your files stay yours
You keep every right to the files you upload. Converting a file with NexMedia grants the platform no ownership of it: converted results are provided back to you, are not published, and are deleted when the retention window ends.
You are responsible for having the rights needed to convert the files you upload. Converting a work you do not own is your decision and your responsibility.
Third-party trademarks
Format names and product names used on this site may be trademarks of their respective owners. They are used for identification purposes only, and their mention does not imply endorsement by or affiliation with NexMedia or NexTecSol. NexMedia is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any format owner.
Reporting infringement
If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, send a notice through the contact page including: identification of the copyrighted work, the URL or description of the allegedly infringing material, your contact details, a statement of your good-faith belief that the use is unauthorised, and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them.
Notices are handled promptly. Where a report identifies infringing material, the material is removed or access disabled, and the uploader is notified where a channel exists. Accounts used repeatedly for infringement may be suspended.
